The Trustee Training Module

To be effective Trustees need scheme knowledge

Trusts need assurance that all of their Trustees have the relevant knowledge and skills to best manage the scheme.

Our Solution:

eShare manages the trustee training for each Trustee, surveys trustees regarding future training requirements and provides a training resource centre.

Objection: We can just keep physical files on each Trustee and their training records.

The Trustee Training module allows all training records to be stored centrally, and monitored for any gaps in knowledge in Trustees. Additional training can be planned and co-ordinated for individuals or groups, with accurate recordings of when training has been completed.
